I don't think such codes exist, racing isn't about fair as long as you're not cheating then that's that. If you want everyone to be on a level playing field then F1 would cease to be the top tier of motorsports and innovations would cease to exist.

Also if you want to talk about fair it's worse to actually own a sister team and dictate how their drivers are to behave, i.e. redbull ordering it's sister team alpha Tauri to allow it's drivers to easily pass.

There's a car review on the w13, like an actual car journalist having free reign to touch the w13 and film it. The guy doesn't know what he's talking about referring to the wheel covers bring due to the lower budget cap rather than regulations but it's still a good look at the w13 (old version).

I heard Merc might go back to this model if they can't solve the porpoising issue on the narrow side pod version in time.
