Top Gear Season 18!

The third one was a bit disappointment...reminded me the VW commercial they made in Season 14 (?)...they were just trying too hard to make something funny, where they forgot just being there can be funny, you do need explosives and car launchers to accomplish that....

Powertest was decent as usual from Captain Slow, funny news segment, and Ryan Reynolds was very entertaining and funny....just the car chase segment was underpar compare to the first two episodes....

Instead trying too much on direct, could've done something like an interview and how the work progress and the challenges on doing a car chase film...and doing some REAL stunts themselves....that would be something proper IMO.....

A series which was once funny and a bit risky, and is now tired and dull:

1. They have obviously run out of things to do. The India trip was poor, the China feature was predictable. The Sweeney video sequence I could have written, including who was going to say what when, and what face they would pull
2. The star in a reasonably priced car sequence was never worthy. It just replaced Clarkson's cancelled chat show. Now we have pointless Hollywood glitterati on the show to plug something - in the past people would go on it because its fun

Sorry beeb, I'm happier watching old shows on Dave

Im loving this season. Dont see what any of the hate is for. A funny, enjoyable car show... oh the horror!!
