Guys he is asking for a quick fix solution for this one time.....don't know how this evolved into workouts and working out everyday...LOL.
5hr energy helps and prevents the sugar crash from coffee, tea, RedBull, Monster, etc, etc...cause when you crash off of that stuff you crash HARD. |
