maybe for you.

nothing wrong with having a nice wallet. some guys spend thousands on their watch. oh wait, all that money just to tell what time it is? why not just use your cell phone? to each his own.

Check ebay, they have some good stuff.

On another note, I'm perfectly content with my $40 Tommy Hilfiger wallet.

Except a watch is always visible where as a wallet stays in your pocket.

Atleast were all not wearing man purses. For me i've had my Swiss Army wallet for 6 years. I plan on buying a Coach wallet next.

Was in the coach store a few weeks back while my girl was shopping for a new purse. Their mens wallets felt flimsy and cheap.

You're right...if you paid $250 for a wallet and kept it for 5 years it only comes out to about 14 cents a day for it. So no biggie when you look at it that way. But I still couldn't justify that for myself .

You're right there is a large difference in income between a college student and someone with a job. But even if I did have a job and a real income I still wouldn't be able to justify the purchase.

Coach products in general are cheaply made yet they price them up there with the handmade brands. All Coach products are for the most part machine made and made in China. That is why they have one of the highest profit margins in the industry.

I have a tumi. love it.

They don't make my one anymore though. It's plain black leather and it holds about 8 cc's and has a magnetic money clip.

I like Ferragamo. Cartier also makes some nice wallets.
