Just ordered a 530e touring today (Ireland). The dealer is telling me the interactive light bar (4UR) is now standard on this model. Hope he is correct!

Dutch configurator now also lets you add it. Not as standard but as a free option. Would double check it by mail if I was you.

When you receive the build sheet make sure it doesn't have it removed at the bottom. That means you get it and they don't Remove it from the build.
