Cloud seeding was one of the attributes of HAARP - they seed the atmosphere and then super heat the ions for the desired effect. If you're looking for them to admit they do weather manipulations VIA Google and Wikipedia, you're going to have a rough time

I saw this in a pro ev YouTube video(the fully charged show) ..the lead commentator was saying..

you create batteries it gets refurbished, repaired or recycled and you burn fossil fuel ..its gone..nothing.

I'm no scientist but I thought burning fuel makes co2 plants crops and trees absorb co2 and sunlight and create oxygen and then grow give fruits shade and nesting grounds and they die and get buried to create coal etc.
