It is, but once you get the main set of gear youre good to go, unless you want every lens under the sun. I have 4 and feel capable of captyring anything i'd want.

It can be expensive, if one get's all pro-gear-whorish. Most of the fun, at least for me, is pushing the limits of my current gear.

Ha ha, nice. Skyrim was an awesome game when it came out...but I couldn't bring myself to purchase the exact same game remastered for PS4 (admittedly with all the add ons) for $79. Just couldn't. As much as I loved the original and am waiting for the next in the Elder Scrolls series. Which may be Argonia or may not be, but in either case, probably won't be out till 2019 or something.

Is it worth it - like it? Did you play original back in 2011 or whenever it was to compare?

I did play the original. For me, it's worth the money (only $60 I believe) just because I love the game itself so damn much, and I didn't want to dust off the ol' PS3.
