Bimmette they make ultra sonic whistles to keep birds away. You must cycle them on and off over the course of weeks(2 weeks on-1 week off) . they're pretty effective and relatively cheap. Any anti bird iniative has to be cycled or else the birds get used to it and don't care. The "chirpers" are under $100usd and run off house current. You can find them at agricultural suppliers.
