dude those yamahas are so freakin sweet. I bought a pair but sadly had to return em due to their massive size. Its as tall as my 27inch cinema display. Gonna wait a little and pick up a pair of HS50Ms with a sub

A friend of mine works at a recording studio in NYC... they have these:

Genelecs are ridiculous, they sound... perfect, not a bad way to spend 14k on two of these bad boys.

any good recommendations for USB mixer? Just want something simple and reliable. USB is essential. Don't need a shitload of channels.

Ok got impatient and bought the mixer I posted. So far so good, just plug it in and it installs itself. Awesome not having some work around and can have laptop as a direct input. Gonna hook up my keyboard later and get crazy.
