Friend suggested watching this season, so I did. Big mistake. It has no plot movement or development, it's the same scenario in each show- find food, zombie, run, hide, zombie and repeat. If you love zombies, then y'all enjoy it. Otherwise, I was just not intrigued. My friend finally conceded that this season is quite boring and doesn't know how it got approved for another season.

I disagree. The second half of this season has loads of character development.

Best episode of the season. Leave it to amc to milk the shit out of the whole second part of the season and then leave us wanting more with the last episode.

one episode good with rest decent/boring = still a bad season IMO.

they need to close it out soon, cuz it's the same story line every episode and the kids can't act!

Unforunately it will probably be 10 filler episodes followed by one good one.

Spoilers! Just started season 4, getting ready to watch episode 2 right now.

Thought this would be a good place for my first post! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the forum. I have been lurking for a couple months now since I bought my F30 and you have all (well most of you) been a wealth of knowledge!

Part 2 of season 4 was bland at times but necessarily so. They couldn't just leave them sitting safe in the prison for season after season so it makes sense to shake the cage. I don't think it's any worse than season one, which I barely made it through. The Rick & Carl episodes were very dull but they were designed to show the evolution of their relationship. It was also to show the evolving of other characters as well. The only real shocker of an episode was the elimination of Crazy Lizzie but that was overdue. She creeped me out.

The last line of the finale was contrived and lame but that's the nature of good television. Lost used to leave you like that after nearly every episode.
