Khatami and Hashemi were both excellent politicians who did very well in fixing up the economy, but then came Ahmaghinejad who fucked everything up just because of his poor judgment. During the old times, the price of oil was a lot lower than it was during ahmaghinejad's time and the country was rising, but ahmaghinejad thought that he should pay up hisbollah and islamic extremist groups and give weapons to palestine instead of pumping up our own economy by creating jobs and investing heavily both outside and inside of iran.

Its a shame, and it must not be repeated. Any ways, like I said, this election is for choosing between BAD and WORST, with worst being ahmadinejad and bad being the other three.

I understand what you're saying but these guys in government right now won't help the economy. They only care about themselves. I don't trust this regime. Khameini is corrupt. every politician in iran is corrupt. Iran has been supplying hezbollah money for a long time. Economy has been getting worse and worse because money and oil is being supplied to other countries and terrorists groups. Politicians won't do anything for the people. They could care less. They already have the money so why make things better. There are no good politicians in iran and all those that want to help are stripped of their power. They could be killed, thrown in evin, or isolated in a iran so they can't say anything. Regime change is hard i know but its the only option. People are getting tired of the lies and false hopes.

I understand exactly what you're saying, but personally, I have a good feeling of this election. I truly believe that as long as ahmaghinejad doesn't get re-elected, the country will be going in a much better and planned economic path and will prosper from it. But for a major change, we definitely need a regime change and a true democracy that would have nothing to do with religion.
