Well, I didn't get to drink with the dog until Saturday, but Friday I walked into the casino with $340. Wife took $100 right off the top. When we got home, paid back each of our investments, I put $940 into my stash location. That was my 1/2 of her winnings. Other than only 2 drinks because somehow *I* was the DD, it was a good Friday 13th!

Or in my situation, the meeting is about your position/duties and no one bothers to inform the end recipient.....or to have included them/me in the meeting. Shit, we have meetings to discuss future meetings.

First you need to have an exploratory committee to determine the need for that department. Of course, the committee won't be able to do anything until they assign a tiger team to look into the situation, which will require a working group to determine the tiger team's duties and authority...
