No. Hot keys have a guide, and with a few platform based exceptions, they're always in the same place and always work when you push them. The only thing that they have in common is that they are complex to learn and highly context sensitive.

Yes.... INDIRECT has much more flexibility. Still use VLOOKUP if I know it's a finite 1:1 and need a quick and dirty pull-in.
