Couldn't get a good movement picture. It's the Patek H 28-520 IRM QA 24H. Pretty nice stuff. Vacheron doesn't have a modern 3 window calendar.

I think the Philosophia is my favorite though, for the minute repeater alone. You know how I feel about those. The constellations on the back, also.


Sometimes I wonder if the owners come up with the ideas all by themselves, or receive some input from the craftsmen. Almost like clothing design.

Anyone ever heard of "The Mansion"? The Hite within a hotel that caters to the ultra wealthy at the MGM Grand. Welp, there goes my roommate... Dumbass only moved here for a bit over a month, had 4 months of parole left (he forgot his keys to his parent's house, cops thought he was a burglar when he was crawling into an open window, long and complicated story short he still got charged), but he just had to go get drunk with his buddies and get picked up last night.

Heh. Yeah, I'll just snag one of those. Actually, of the three, I was digging the Armillary Tourbillon. It's weird and very unexpected from a brand standpoint, but very interesting. And I like the funky dark metal look. And some of the new technology is really cool.

That's actually also my favorite, mainly because the movements remind me of the Gauthier Logical One. Those are also quite large case diameters, for Vacheron's. I love them. So cool.

I suppose, with the specialization on originality and breaking the norm as is traditionally the case for one-off, custom divisions, I can see the brand departure logic.
