Just don't talk to me about politics and were straight. Anyone who self imposes their beliefs- I'll automatically shut them up and say "I'm voting trump" (to a democrat) or "I'm voting Clinton" (to republicans)

YOU need to pay more attention. I'm half Filipino half French. (Why else do you think I'm so full of myself?) But my French side (mom) moved to Mexico when she was a preteen. So I know the culture better than most Mexican Americans

I started riding in the hills (yes, there are hills in FL) a few weeks ago and plan on continuing when ever possible. Those climbs at lower cadence really tax the legs. After a few weekends of it i can already feel and see a difference on my normal flat trails. Rode 40 miles and climbed 1700 feet on Saturday. Then on Sunday did 20 miles on the same trail i'd been on many times before. Ended up averaging 1.5mph faster than ever before on that section of trail. I feel like they're getting stronger, but i'm not seeing much of an aesthetic difference, other than a touch more definition. Cardio is a whole other story. I'm probably in the best cardio shape of my life and only after 4 months of steady riding. Funny though, i was riding with the wife the other day and she wore her HR monitor. I AVERAGED 158bpm and her MAX on that ride was 143bpm. lol I guess after 9 years of competitive riding you tend to have a solid cardio fitness base.

I spent a summer riding bike only. Both my cars died within 10 days and I just gave up on them. So grocery shopping, bills, everything on my bike. Holy shit did I get ripped. Weighed my pack and averaged 45-50 lbs. Closest grocery was 7mi each way. Had a rack full of abs after a couple months.
