Why are you doing this to yourself?

Just work out and burn more calories than you're consuming. The more you work out, the wider the calorie window. Also, your metabolism speeds up the more you work out, so you then have an even wider calorie window.

Never understood why women (mostly) starve themselves rather than just working out more and eating like a normal human being...

I was gonna say that lots of women don't consume enough to keep the metabolism fluid anyway, but that's also refuted by the fact that she's complained about being hungry about 5 times in the last two pages.

I get cranky when I'm hungry. I would be a miserable person if I went the entire day without being full (not like stuffed full but at least satisfied).

If it went on for more than one day? Someone would most likely die.

Just take a multivitamin and some fish oils. ON makes em cheap. That's what I take.
