As hard as I try to agree with this statement, I just couldnt. Clearly you don't follow Boston games. Doc Rivers and the celts looks pretty shaky in this year's playoffs. They are definitely not playing like their the #1 record 66-16 team. The #1 celtics couldn't even win a road game against the shameful hawks. Doc really needs to make adjustments if they want to beat the Pistons in the conference finals..

Boston were great during the season but are sucking ass in the playoffs. They have the easiest road to the ECF and they are making it harder than it is. Went to game 7 with the 16th seed Hawks and now tied up with the Cavs when Lebron is only shooting like %25 from the field. |

That's correct that they will have home court, but still, they absolutely cannot rely on homecourt advantage againsts the Pistons especially if they keep on playing like how they are playing now. Pistons is an excellent road-team and they clearly show it in this year's playoffs.

Pistons!! They can win on the road, even in Boston.

What's the main problem that's been really destroying the Celtics this postseason? A very dynamic guard or small forward that drives hard to the basket and forces them to adjust. Parker and Ginobili can do that. Kobe can just score from everywhere! CP3 has to be THE best at doing that right now, and Deron Williams is proving that he is just one notch below CP3, who is very very high. Each of those teams also have someone to guard Garnett decently, and they have at least one person to shut out Piecre or Allen. To be honest, I've only started watching the Hornets because of the SA series and Chris Paul's steals are really crafty! I can see him picking a slashing pierce or a spinning Garnett now and then. I do want to see the Celtics win, but I know it's going to be a lot harder when they face even the Pistons. |

I'd love to see the Lakers go to the Finals again, finally the post-Shaq championship run has begun. Can't wait to see Bynum in the lineup with Gasol that'll be interesting...oh man. But damn don't count out New Orleans just yet, Lakers had no real answers for Deron Williams and possibly they got to go at it again with Chris Paul, if they survive game 7 against the Spurs.
Boston is a great team, but I think Detroit still has a very good chance. |

In either case, Lakers will have a handful with either teams. Spurs with tons of experience and they've played each others forever and know each other's strengths and weaknesses, definitely a good matchup and I think the outcome would be all aobut coaching's adjustments.
With Hornets, the Lakers have a better shot just because the lack of experience or less experience on the Hornets part, although they do have Byron Scott, who's been there done that. Hornets also have skills and athleticism which can def. benefit them. Furthermore, David West is now hurting with the back issue, so he may not be 100% effective, and that would help the Lakers, particularly Gasol. Bottomline, Lakers take series 4-2 against Hornets and 4-3 against Spurs. What do you guys think!?
