Are the Veyron tyres in metric sizes? A bit like the M635CSI tyres for those were in metric which I don't think you can get anymore.

245's in front...goes to show you that most people don't need to have uber wide tires up front. (yeah, i know it's weight is in the middle, and the rear tires are insanely wide---I'm just noting that even the Veyron "only" has 245 up front.
