Most here know, I have absolutely nothing against fake tits. I just know a lot of girls from Jersey that dress and act like these girls.. that are really fucking hot. I know this thread has run it's course but whatever.

They probably charge with the assumption that most people won't bother pursuing one or two months rent too hard and they're probably right in most cases. By the time you pay to lawyer up it's really not worth it.

If they continue to give you crap I would just do some things that will cause them a bit of pain on your way out. Nothing that would explicitly trigger a loss of your security deposit but painful things nonetheless. Use the fact that you know they'll do a half assed job on the place while making it ready for a new tenant to your advantage.

For example...loosen every plumbing joint so it leaks just enough not to be obvious but enough to cause some serious damage in the future if not fixed properly. This works extremely well if you have a washing machine and/or are on an upper floor. Also, you can mess with the toilet innards so they'll never stop running by altering the chain length and disconnect the sink stoppers so the drain plug won't move. Other ideas could be to cut/disconnect the cabling behind the outlet wall plate for electric or cable runs (you could do the same for light fixtures) or dump a mess of lard, hair, and/or food scraps down sink drains to guarantee a slow or plugged drain. If you've got the stomach for it, leaving a dead squirrel or rodent buried in the back of a closet somewhere is always appreciated (you don't have to kill it yourself, just be opportunistic with roadkill). If this last one proves too offensive to you, try substituting a really stinky and damp rag instead. Also, dropping a few spare pieces of old raw meat, produce, etc behind or under the refrigerator would be a nice addition.
