to be clear, are you looking for particular cases? or are you looking for more general stuff? And if so, more B2B contract? consumer?
Here's a very simple almost 'cliff notes' that I've used:
http://nationalaglawcenter.org/asset...keting_ch7.pdf

(as someone mentioned this is indeed largely based on a state by state basis in the US)

If you really want to get into US contract law, you should get a copy of the Restatement (Second) of the Law on Contracts. This is the definitive treatise used in the US regarding broad contract law principles.

Just about any (US) Contracts Law class supplement will spell out the basic law of contracts in the US, at least as it is taught to law students. If you get Amazon.com, you can order any one of a number of them. Emanuels, Nut Shell, Crunchtime, Gilberts, they will all give you the basics.

Yes, it's difficult to find books and laws concerning foreign legal systems, sometimes I think we live in different centuries) are there any open sources?!

I've looked through the books, there are so many books, that is difficult to choose one( I'll try books, which you have suggested. Thank you very much!

Since we have different legal systems it is very intreting to understand the differences and to use the concepts and doctrines of anglo-american legal system.

I can't vouch for credibility, but: http://www.thelaw.com/forums/

There are plenty of lawyers on here, but most are smart enough not to provide advice over the internet without understanding all of the circumstances...
