I didn't. The picture has a fuzziness to it that seems to look more real after staring at it for some time. But other than that, I don't see anything.

It's not a pop up scare video either. You can pause the video and stare at it.

Nope. I think it's one of those "it's all in your head" things. But still I did notice that if I breathed heavily, it kinda looked like she was too.

To me there seems to be a video loop. The background detail fades in/out on a measurable interval.

I think your eyes pick up on that very very slight change and your brain processes it as some sort of "change in the image" when in fact nothing is happening to the image of the girl. Since you (as the viewer) can't figure it what is happening out you assume that the image of the girl is changing even though when you look at it in different spots of the clip there is no visible change.

I'm a skeptic, and I agree with your general premise. However the key here is to pause it.

For what it's worth, I'm a hard core skeptic (especially of this stuff), but I see what the video is referring to (sorta), it does seem almost 'alive'. However that doesn't mean shit. It's certainly not haunted. It's just a different style.
