yeah watched that... is the s3 coming to the states? i think i might get an a3 after my warrenty is up

dual clutch?

you mean the DSG?...i beleive the 2.0T has it too....

the reason i said nay for 2.0.....cause the turbo is VERY annoying....lag and loud....

actually 262 isnt that impressive, i mean with an exhaust and revo on an A3 2.0T you can get over 262 hp. Revo Software alone is 50-55 hp.

Good point but the usable power is proably better with the low end torque on the s3. I would never buy a 3.2 because you cant get a stick. The new r32 is only dsg auto also which is a shame.

I actually prefer the DSG over the normal Audi manual. I haven't looked though, do the tuners have software to manipulate the DSG? It downshifts quick enough, but it's still a little slow for my liking on upshifts.

The Audi manual (and I'm assuming the VW manual too) feels like you're stirring a stick through a pot of jello. It's just all floopery and imprecise. Clutch wasn't too bad though, about the same as the BMW ... which is to say not the best but not the worst.

Well all the 2.0t here is fwd, and you can also chipped the S3

Hmm. Most reviews I have seen say that the 2.0T is lag free and smooth. The 1.8T is had more lag and was not as smooth.

nah i meant that the 3.2 doesnt have manual... it only has dsg... but yeah wudnt know about the turbo lag... never rode in an audi...
