So I was a dumbass and resubmitted my confirmation code 3 times, now I have to wait to get the 3rd confirmation code because the 2 previous one became worthless. Both reading off the site and phoning paypal agent said my credit card sending limit is $25,000.00 HKD which is around $3500 CAD (I live in Canada but I use a HK credit card). So my point is while my invoice is only $625 USD why can't I pay without verifying my card (because I don't want to wait any longer). Would upgrading to a premium account solve this issue?
