Arctic in Tampa Bay?

I'm in Tampa Bay this week for business and I've been driving all over the place. I've been looking everywhere and haven't seen Ninjaneer's arctic 335i anywhere. Can you believe it!?

For those of you up north, you wouldn't believe how warm it is here! Mr. Silver would have no trouble driving up his driveway in THIS weather. It was something like 77 degrees here yesterday and today!

I did see a bright red e90 in Citrus Park earlier today, but it's the only e90 I've seen in Tampa so far. Mine is back home in my garage (I hope), so I guess I can't complain that nobody's driving theirs around for me to see.

Scheiße. I could use some of that heat right about now. It's cold!

LOL! My daily drive to work is on I-275 from Tampa to Clearwater, and back in Tampa I'm near the USF area... I haven't been to the Citrus Park area in ages.

You here all week?

The weird thing is I used to see more E90s before I got mine! I still see plenty, but I saw a lot more before. I saw one AW E92 2 weeks ago, finally. Some guy on the Howard Franklind, still had his temp tag on. The guy saw me and when I passed him he started trying to catch up, so I figure hey this guy might be excited / enthusiastic, so I switch lanes to let him catch up... ultimately he just passes by w/o even looking at me... at which point I remind myself that not everyone is gonna be as enthusiastic as the people here... blah.

Last week, also on the Howard Frankenstein (), I ran into 3 BMWs all bunched up together... one E90, one older 3-er, and one new 5-series... then I came along and passed them all and the 5-series started speeding up haha but I was long gone It's funny to watch what other drivers do when you pass them.

Reminds me of last week when I pulled up behind a shiny new looking 5-series. His car was squeaky clean and so was mine. He was totally checking out my ride in the rear view mirror while I watched him. I finally waved and he waved back, so I gave him the thumbs up sign and he gave me one back. It was obvious that neither one of us was sure what the official BMW wave is supposed to be! I'm sure it's not the same as the Harley wave though, because nobody can reach the window down button!

Yeah, I should. I actually grew up in Citrus Park (North Tampa) and still have family here, so I'm down pretty regularly. I don't know what's up with Georgia as far as meets go. I haven't seen ANYTHING going on there. BMWCCA also seems to be pretty dormant in Atlanta. Stinks. All this pent up energy and no place to let it out except e90post.

Well, I'm back home in Atlanta. Never did see any arctic e90 / e92s in Tampa, but I did find a TON of bimmers in the Channelside / Bayshore Blvd area. Anyway, a good trip, but I'm glad to be home!

Glad to hear our color's pretty rare

I've seen 2 on the road in my area and on my way to work, and 1 at the dealer.
