2007 S600 twin turbo **URGENT**

quick question,

the 2007 S600L (european version?/south african), is the engine the 5.5L twin turbo? when was the last of the N/A S600? saw it in an auction, how can we tell if twin turbo or not? the engine cover is covering the most part of the engine.
all badges were removed by previous owner and this car is at an auction, so can't really tell.
any help is appreciated.

If it's an '07, then it would be a W221, and yes, they are all V12 5.5L Twin Turbo.

I believe it was 2003 that was a must avoid MY due to a horrible half engine cutoff for better fuel economy. Sweet ride though, throw some pics at as sometime, I want to see a LWB S600 without a ridiculous amount of badging.
