550e charging limit
I knew I’d seen somewhere that it said the 550 E charges at up to 32A. Here is what I see in the app. I also see this on the screen in the car.
Admittedly, I haven’t figured out a way to calculate the actual draw from my panel to see if I’m charging more than that but perhaps someone that is using the non-flex charger at 220 can confirm? |

If you go to “CHARGING >” followed by “Charging history >” from the Home Screen you can pull up the charging curve as shown below. It doesn’t give current but you can back-calculate based upon the kind of plug/circuit you have. For instance I was pulling around 9kW on my home charger that’s hard wired using a 240V circuit. This means that I was pulling 9,000/240 =37.5 Amps for my i5 on average (from my armchair mathematics). If you use ChargePoint or other providers you can get that real-time as well
