From PlanetF1...the standings in a poll of the Top 10 Drivers of 2020 as selected by the drivers, themselves. I think there will be a couple of controversies here. I won't call them out. I'll let the BP F1 fans do that themselves.

meanwhile Kvyat said he could win a championship...
obviously racing in F1 is a success at some point only for sure but no one noticed him after 100 races he s been so far..

Yet another accolade for best F1 pilot....and this one coming from HAM's peers....I'm detecting a theme here....and the best F1 pilot in 2020 is HAM.

and i believe Leclerc outperformed the car in a hardcore way this year.. he deserves a better place than 4th.. Ric was pretty good as well but him and Lando will shine next year much much brighter..

Strangely Lando got 7th last year, performed markedly better this year and didn’t make top ten. Even to see Grossjean on there shows me there are some “factors” the racers are taking into consideration. All good, it’s their thing and likely mostly fun for them. I noticed a lack of participation from the Merc camp both years though... wonder why that is.

The thing about GRO is this: He is blisteringly fast and won everything. He just has brain fade from time to time. He was once tipped to drive for Ferrari and did a great job with Lotus.

I'm a little sorry to see him go but his time is over.

Agreed, as evidenced by the same year that earned him eighth in this list which is incongruous with reality. For me anyways...

I am a fan of The Phoenix and have been for a while. The brain-fade thing is what stopped him from getting a top drive. His work at Lotus was top notch.

LOL I certainly have nothing negative to say about him at all. Seems a genuine article... just noting it had some subjectivity in the ranking, but I can see some of the fan base supports those subjective items as well

No need to show yourself out, I think us F1 advocates are needed to calm the swaying waters and sometimes learn a thing or two ourselves around these parts
