I've noticed the last 2 days that the notification page won't load. I get an error message? :

iPhone 11.4.1 App is up to date.

Ok o just deleted the app & reloaded it and it works now.

One thing you can try is to click on the notifications flag icon from the website and see if that does anything for you? Sometimes that will resync the counters.
