To me, it looks like something West Coast Customs would do for an episode of Pimp My Ride. Really not feeling it at all. I wonder if it has a cappucino maker in the dash?

It's for show. Show cars have their own ways of look and show goers would say this M3 is nice.

I'm sure that car is up for best paint job, if you look at it closely you'll see the hard labor being put into it to get it looking like that. The owner is aiming for a trophy and the air brusher is aiming for reps...nothing else matters.
