My right knee is still fucked up but I train legs, only thing I can't do is squats. Cracks me up these days when I see dudes in tight ass workout pants, that have decent size upper bodies and calves not much bigger than my forearms.

You do plyometrics? Or is that too high impact?

No, no jumping for me.. I stick with bodybuilding workouts.. So no powerlifting, just strict form and concentrate on the negative.
