Nomos Tangente Norma
Just picked up my first Nomos. It's also my first 35mm watch and it really is quite small when you see it in person. Hopefully it's not too small.

Looks great on your wrist. It's definitely not too small.
FWIW, in my observation and experience, one of the early steps toward becoming a genuine watch lover is getting over the "hype" of current trends and just buying the watch one wants because it appeals to oneself. Kudos to you. Size is among the easiest of those "common wisdom" things to kick. Women have no trouble with this; they'll as readily wear a super tiny little watch as a jumbo one. Why men have issues in that regard is beyond me, although I have to agree that the tiny watches such as those commonly made for ladies in the 1950 are dwarfed by the mass of man's wrist. That said, I'm sure there's a dude or two who could make even those small creations "work." I'm just not one of them, although I have to say that it's not the size, but rather the general femininity of the aesthetics that dissuade me from wearing such watches. LOL Enjoy. All the best.

Doesn't look small to me.
Looks just right. I have watches ranging from 36mm to 44mm. When I switch to a smaller watch, they may look small but, after about 24 hours my brain gets acclimated and it looks fine. |

Tony, which brands out there are relatively under-appreciated for what they offer? I recall you posting a description of such a watch/brand not too long ago but I can't seem to find the thread.

Found it for sale on Watchuseek. I'm actually thinking of putting it up for sale if you're interested.

Wow.. this may have been my watch at one point. I spent a couple months looking for this model. Finally found one and really liked it. I wore it for almost a year, but ultimately decides to part with it because it was a little too small for me as a casual/daily wear. At 35mm the watch just looked dainty on my wrist. Unfortunate, because I love the look. I sold it on WUS. I *think* there is such a thing as a tangomat norma but I have never seen one for sale. All I can find is a few images. Would love to get one though. How much are you looking to sell this one for?
