Owl scared me

i am assuming you guys have pigeons problem? owl eats pigeons (i think), so the fake owl is there to keep the pigeons off the balcony.

No we don't have pigeon problems. Maybe he's from New York like everyone else that lives here so he rbought it withg him lol.
