I saw your post wanting a European car and of course the Cayman GTS is a great car.
If I were spending this type of money on a toy it'd have to be either an R8 or the 911TT. The R8 will give you the exotic look, but without the exotic maintenance bills if you go for the V8 version. It's a modified Gallardo that is more useable since you can fit golf clubs behind the seats. You can't go wrong with a 997TT. I was seriously considering a used one as a daily driver. For about $10k, you can get close to 700hp for a ton of fun! M4 will be much cheaper than any of these cars. It's also not as exotic, but will be a blast to drive I'm sure. I think they're just being released now, so you will only have to wait a short time to drive one if you are serious. You have a great decision to make. Please come back and let us know what you've ended up doing.

Corvette C7 - just drove the new F-Type Coupe R, that would also get my vote but it's about double the price, but one hell of a car.
