so for those of you wondering about the passenger----I was thinking the same thing. Apparently the passenger will be able to mirror the entire display on their mobile phone!

If it is a sportscar, the passenger has nothing to do other then sit. What does the passenger need to do? Why then have the typical "driver oriented" cockpit of BMW? Just marketing BS? Knowing BMW lately, I guess so. Bangle generation did not have driver oriented cockpit.

My previous 11 135i couldn't touch the level of quality in this Audi. And the Z4 isn't even on the radar either. It felt as though I was stepping away from a Honda and getting into a Bently, that is the level of difference in quality materials and feel. To all that complain the new dash I s a distraction, there is no difference than any other gps in the dash, or information cluster on the center stack. Eh, the passenger cant see it, I won't care: I DRIVE, I don't ride bitch lol. |

I think MB is killing it with their new releases if anything.

MB is infact upping their interior. As for current gen BMWs, not even close. My "top o the line" Audi, has the same interior as the general run of the mill Audi TT lol. So there is no excuse there, and it was outdated when I receive the car. The newer current interiors are a whole different level of nice.
And if you want to go that rout, the "top of the line" M5 had the same crappy general inferior interior that I saw in the M3, all down the line. Face it, the "ultimate driving machine" has average lame interior. |
