I think I'm getting ripped off on eBay!
So about a month ago I ordered some sunglasses off eBay. Upon receiving them, I noticed I ordered the wrong style of the same line, so I messaged the seller and he said to send them back and he'd replace them with the ones I actually wanted. I sent them back and it's been about two weeks now and I haven't heard from him. I'm afraid I might be getting scammed now.
I don't think eBay will cover this as I don't think we marked this as a return. He seems like he's legit as he has almost 400 reviews and a 95% rating. Any ideas on what I can do now? I have the tracking number but I looked up the address and it's a UPS office so I think it's a PO box or something (in Florida). |

Make sure you get it resolved before the Paypal time limit
I believe it's 45 days After that, you're really screwed

Best course of action instead of guessing is send lots of messages to him, let him know you plan to dispute if you don't hear or get a tracking number. I hope you had a tracking number on the return you sent?
