I am happy that my 335 cost $36.4k

But my wife is not at all happy about spending that much...

You can negotiate about 10-15% off msrp of P cars usually.

The M3 suggestions make me laugh...M3's are not faster, only stiffer "feeling", same thing you'll get with upgraded suspension and lightweight wheels.
I have to disagree with you. Have you owned a M3 before? I know 335 is as fast as M3 and is even faster with chip. However, being owning e90 330i prior to my e46 m3. I can tell you M3 is definitely more fun and has more soul. You just won't get boring after driving the M3 for a long time. The E90 was a great car to me, but I sold it after owning it for one year.

It's a fact (made obvious by your previous posts) that you have never driven any of these cars and have very little knowledge of them. He is selling the very car you seem to think is superior in every way to most other cars on the road because he wants more of a sports car. You are a hardcore BMW fanboy who can't even tell the difference between an e30 and an e36.

Take this guy's opinion about the Cayman with a grain of salt. Read some of his previous posts and actually go test drive one so you can decide for yourself. The majority of the people who bash this car are just reading HP and cost numbers on the net and have never even sat in one.

Haha okay.. well if I want to make you look unintelligent I don't have to call you names I can just post some links to threads you've posted in....

Here is a thread where DrewKo asks if an e36 is an e30 since he doesn't know the difference "with my instructor in his e30 M3 race car." "Was the instructor the car in front of you?":

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...68#post1070368

Here is a thread of the Enzo wreck which was obviously cause by brake induced understeer where DrewKo says "He must have been moving pretty fast, because it looks like he is turning the wheel but the car is not turning in the direction of the tires. Doesn't look like he ever applied the brakes before impact."

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53282

Here is a thread where DrewKo makes a video and people think he is such a homo that some tell him to change his name and join the witness protection program, and others go as far as to make a parody video of him which is quiet funny and worth watching:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=51943

Here is a thread where DrewKo and I go at it about the Cayman and he eventually reverts to name calling as he did here because he clearly knows nothing about cars:

I dont know why people havent mentioned a used 911 Carrera. It has a backseat and is a great car. Get a 2002 model add in warrenty and you will be happy as hell.

OP I think the 40-45 grand + backseat thing is killing you. Just go to your local dealer strap on an ///M Coupe and drive the hell out of it (make sure you turn off DSC and turn sport mode on) and tell me you aren't in love.

+1 If he needs a backseat the 996 is a good option.

See, one of the problems is that you got your E92 335i almost stripped (with just the Prem. package); you didn't get the Sport Package and you didn't get anything else in it, except when you added your mods. Plus, you didn't get the PROcede or AA XEDE? Maybe you'd change your mind with another 60+WHP/90+ lb.-ft. RWTQ!!! Yeah, your car looks great, but maybe you should've invested in adding a few more BMW options/features so you wouldn't be bored with it already.

I'm not trying to put you down, but sometimes you've got to live and learn. Anyway, another option for you is to wait for the '08 Infiniti G37 Coupe...it's well within your price range...you can actually get it fully loaded (and it will still be in your price range), you can mod it easily (not necessarily for more power, but for aesthetics, suspension, etc.), and it's possible you could enjoy driving it more than your 335i...just a thought.

Otherwise, just get the PROcede for your 335i and stop this nonsense!!! Good luck!

The 997 does not have a usable back seat. Even my 7yo can't fit back there.

That's true.. I was thinking of cars that were sporty and had a backseat without really considering the usability of that backseat. I like two seaters personally, but I don't really drive anyone other than my gf around.
