I wasn't going to get this. I felt that it probably was on sale for a reason. Buuuuuuuuut, it doesn't hurt for $100. Just placed order. Thanks man!

HP decided not to make webOS anymore for awhile. The original price was compared with iPad 2 and they just couldn't compete. You will have your fan boys that says it doesn't compare to iPad, but it depends what you want to use it for. Soon, it will be hacked and Android will be available for it, and you will be very glad you bought it then...

yeah word that would be a huge bummer. luckily my first order was one alone so im hoping i get at least that one. but thanx again really really appreciate the update i heard about this deal a day after when i got home from the hamptons and was insanely bummed that i didnt know about this beforehand.

Why would you guys waste any money on a discontinued unsupported brick of a tablet? Once HP sells them all the few worthless apps available will also be shut down.

I might jump on it, but I'd be falling into the same reasoning my wife buys shoes and purses that she doesn't need. BECAUSE IT WAS ON SALE!

I already have an iPad2, but the Touchpad would be neat for about a week.

listing is removed now.. but got an order in earlier today.. we'll see.. if the software behind the website is worth a damn, it should be tied to inventory and go out of stock and prevent further orders once inventory is depleted.. common sense really..

That's what you would think but it seems alot of online retailers have oversold and are rejecting many orders.
