Contemplating adding the all weather floor mats and trunk mat/liner for my 550 but I can't seem to find any pictures showing them actually in a vehicle.

Two questions:

1. Does anyone have them installed and could post a picture or 2?
2. Has anyone found them overly slick when wet to the point that your feet slide too much? It looks like the ridges are high enough to prevent but figured I'd ask.

I have had the all weather floor mats in my car for months now. They don't get wet much, but when I get in after washing my car I don't notice any slipping. The mats are essentially rubber, so they don't seem slippery to me.

I don't have the trunk mat, but just ordered it a few minutes ago and should have it later this week! I can post a picture of it installed when I get it. It may be a little different than yours since my car is the i5 version, but probably 99% identical apart from how it fits to the floor space.

I ordered the floor liners for mine. They are more like the Weathertech mats and are laser cut and have a lip around them that cover a bit more, and go higher up the carpet to contain any spills etc. I'll post pics when I get my car. The dealer says they are already installed. The Sill plates and fender M Badges too.

I have trunk mat in the car, fits perfectly, not loosy... as for the floor mats, they are still hanging in a garage in foil... it is still good weather here and sunny... so velour mats look nicer... rains will come later, so I may put them in when it becomes wet.

The OEM liners are pretty high quality now.....never had an issue with them in our X7, definitely not slippery (and this was after 70k miles). The lip on these is a game changer....I used to get Weathertechs but I think the OEM ones are better than those even now. The old BMW OEM mats never had the lip up until maybe 5-7 years ago or so.....

The trunk mat for my i5 was shipped today. When I receive it, I'll take a picture and add it here just for those interested in the i5 version.

As promised, here is a picture of the trunk mat for my i5. It fits perfectly between the back seats and the rear of the trunk, and also perfectly side to side. Very durable feeling rubber material and I like the look of it too. The reason I finally decided to get it after about 7 months is because of the wear the trunk floor was getting from the organizer box I keep in the trunk. The organizer box has velcro on the bottom which grips the trunk floor well, but the fibers are starting to show wear more than I like. Now, I'll just sit the organizer box on the rubber mat and all will be well.

I think because the i5 trunk floor is a little higher than the ICE 5 cars, it is slightly different in size, thus a different part number.

Yes. Also a different part # if you have the compact Spare tire package. I like the look. It's pretty sharp.
