massage seat not an option in the US, but is it offered in Europe? if so, does BMW USA allow customers to make special requests to add it?

I still don't understand why it's not offered on the G60... I've gotten so used to the massage seat function in my X1 since I got it 7 months ago.

Nope.
It doesn't currently exist in Europe either.
