I just took delivery of a 2024 530i and i was on an interstate highway and had trouble keeping the highway assistant (hands free) engaged. After multiple trys the screen flashed that i may have tinted glasses on or the steering wheel may be blocking the sensor tracking my eyes.I didnt have tinted glasses on so i raised the steering wheel from the low position it was in to slightly higher and it stayed engaged. I drove about 30 miles hands free and used the look at the side mirror to change lanes. I was impressed with the system.
