I don't think that has changed, with oversees production there's shipping, EPA holds due to new model and likely coming from overseas, etc..
Let's just say production starts July 15th. The first units are done maybe a week later? Add 30ish days for shipping and youre towards the end of August/beg Sept. Then EPA hold, loading onto trucks to get to dealers may add another 1-3 weeks depending on east coast/west coast, you're almost at October. Build in a little contingency time or to allow dealers to build up a few cars worth of inventory?
