Most of the foam ones I've found either have reviews that they are too soft (tear too easily) or are not heat resistant (I live in S Florida), and the plastic / polycarb are too firm (don't provide enough protection).

I am thinking some type of silicone padding or high density foam like an anti-fatigue mat would work best, but seeking your ideas / solutions..

I have a terrycloth towel folded 3X, and stapled to my garage wall...Been doing that for years. Works great.
