I don’t really think that’s a fair assessment though. I for sure would have taken and M3 touring but I would never consider an M5 in any format. Just not interested. I think BMW picked the wrong wagon to bring to the US. It’s rarity whether real or imagined may still help it do well. My hope it does well enough for them to reconsider the G81.
