Good question and it’s something I’ve only seen mentioned on one video I’ve seen to date which I think was harry metcalfe (Harry’s garage) which was talking about how efficient an EV is. Obviously the more efficient the more range or smaller and hence less weight the battery will be.
Maybe the solution is gears like the Porsche taycan uses?
