A long time ago, I ordered a PC from Compaq. For some odd reason, it arrived with a much more expensive 4gb hard drive.(yes, at the time, 4gb was a HUGE hard drive) I had to call them to make sure that they didn't charge me the extra $500 for it. The rep told me that it was probably a mistake and told me to enjoy the HUGE 4gb hard drive.
The only reason I still remember this is that the PC had a loose connector on the motherboard. I took it to their service location. The tech opened it up to do the repair and he said "wow! a 4gb!!!???" Oh god, I'm old...
