Well, hardly 160hp and maxed at 130mph, but we were all convinced in the late 80's that the double wing kept us from dying while actually, the entire car aero was crap all together.

LOL. I owned one of these in 1985 which was marketed in the U.S. as a Merkur XR4Ti and sold through Lincoln dealers. It was discontinued after about 3 or 4 years. I took a big hit when I traded it in. For the time it was just OK but nothing really special.
