My son’s Ford Probe GT gets about 180 miles to a tank, but no one talked about range when that car came out in 1993.
I’m sick of geriatric apologists and people who can’t hold their bladders going on about this. First, EV range is extremely sensitive to driving style. Second, for those of us who actually road trip, we want to be able to drive 4+ hours at 70-80mph without having to stop. Not everyone has the same needs or the same small bladders.

My wife and I can EASILY and safely do 1,000 miles in a day, and an anemic 250-300-mile range, shortened drastically by wind, hills, and higher speed, simply doesn’t cut it.
