The Neue Klasse cars are the ones to wait for if you need more than 300 miles of range. I'd argue that charging speed at this point is more important than range, but I don't know your needs.

The issue is not range but the charging infrastructure. I don’t drive for more than 3 hours without getting out and stretching my legs. That’s usually at a gas station to buy a bottle of water or something. Once charging stations are every X number of miles, people will stop talking about range. My son’s Ford Probe GT gets about 180 miles to a tank, but no one talked about range when that car came out in 1993.
