BMW Connected Services Outage or Issues?

Separate thread on the issue that arose over the weekend with charging status and percentage not updating in the app, which seems to have been mostly corrected Monday.

However, I've been experiencing since Monday or Tuesday intermittent connectivity to Connected Drive services (today not working at all).

No real time traffic info, upcoming destinations from calendar, received destinations (or, I've discovered, ability to search for and/or input a destination since that apparently requires connectivity).

Personal Assistant is working and I'm getting weather info, so the car is not totally offline. I haven't had a chance yet to check in the X5 to see if the same thing is happening there.

I've done the double reboot and updating apps and services several times, to no avail.

Called BMW Connected Drive/Genius/Assist and of course it's all news to them. They opened a ticket.

Anyone else seeing this?
