So no, new technology doesn’t necessary mean better.
I never had any issue. And so far, every new BMW I had has been better than the previous one, except for F80, which is my least favorite among BMWs I had.
Newer ones drive better, and they're more reliable. We're in the absolute golden age of BMW. F-series years were the only era of decline.
